Refund policy
For EU clients we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For non-EU clients we do not offer a return policy but a change policy. This means you can request to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, please contact us at herna.brand@gmail.com. Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges unless otherwise stated. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
